Your Role

• Create comprehensive documentation for Teamcenter PLM systems with technical accuracy and user-friendly content.
• Develop user guides, workflow documentation, and configuration management materials for various user levels.
• Design and deliver training materials: interactive modules, step-by-step guides, video scripts, and eLearning content.
• Produce technical reference documentation on system architecture, integration processes, and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content and maintain consistency.
• Support user training initiatives and contribute to content style guidelines.
• Continuously improve documentation processes for better user experience and adoption.
• Deliver high-quality outputs: user manuals, quick reference guides, online help systems, and training decks.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or related field.
• 5-7 years in technical documentation, with 3+ years on Teamcenter PLM systems.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter platform and PLM architecture.
• Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for clear, user-centric content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, help authoring tools, screen capture software, LMS platforms, and diagramming tools.
• Experienced in instructional design and UX documentation principles.
• Preferred certifications: Siemens Teamcenter, technical communication, instructional design.
• Background in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and creativity.
• Collaborative team player with systematic documentation methodology and commitment to improvement.
