Job Purpose

To ensure exceptional customer delight, drive customer loyalty, and contribute to overall business growth through high-quality service, effective communication, and customer-centric initiatives.

 2. Key Responsibilities

• Manage counter sales with professionalism, ensuring seamless customer service and satisfaction.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and informed assistance to all customers, addressing queries and offering complete product/service details.
• Maintain updated customer feedback records in the system.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Initiate and support small-scale marketing and promotional activities.
• Organize and execute customer engagement programs and events.
• Drive new customer acquisition and reactivate dormant customer accounts.
• Understand customer preferences to align product offerings and support effective stock management.

3. Internal & External Interactions

• Internal: Collaborate with all store team members.
• External: Interact directly with customers to ensure a positive brand experience.

 4. Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate
• Experience: 1 to 8 years, preferably in the luxury retail or jewellery industry & Fresh Graduates.
