Qualifications And Skills

  • Completed Hotel Management Degree.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in retail operations, including day-to-day store management and compliance with company policies (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss accounts to ensure store profitability and optimal resource allocation.
  • Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for transaction management, financial reconciling, and reporting accuracy.
  • Advanced inventory management skills, ensuring stock availability, minimizing losses, and supporting supply chain efficiency.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and setting realistic targets by analyzing trends, sales data, and local demand fluctuations.
  • Strong competencies in performance analysis with a focus on improving KPIs, employee productivity, and achieving organizational goals.
  • Solid understanding of customer experience management, including conflict resolution, loyalty building, and personalized service strategies.
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising by planning appealing product displays and layouts to maximize in-store conversions.
