Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18–26 years

• Minimum 40% in 10th Standard

• Minimum 50% in ITI

• Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment

Eligible ITI Trades : Motor Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, tractor mechanic, machinist, electrician, fitter, turner, welder, painter, wireman, sheet metal COE (automobile) electronics mechanic, tool and die, PPO

Key Responsibilities

• Support production and assembly line operations.

• Operate manufacturing equipment and assist in routine maintenance activities.

• Ensure product quality by adhering to company standards and procedures.

• Follow workplace safety regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

• FTC CTC: ₹28,300 per month

• Apprentice Stipend: ₹19,500 per month

Note: This is a 36-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position with Maruti Suzuki India Limited. Terms and conditions will be applicable as per company policy.
