Job Summary:

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards while ensuring hygiene, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present food items on time.

• Follow recipes and maintain food taste and appearance.

• Keep the kitchen clean and follow hygiene rules.

• Use kitchen equipment safely and report any issues.

• Work as a team with other kitchen and service staff.

• Help control costs and reduce food waste.

• Follow safety and health guidelines at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in cooking or food preparation is preferred.

• Good knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with good communication.

Work Environment:

• Kitchen setting with heat and noise.

• Requires standing for long hours and working in shifts.
