Job Summary:

Ensure all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently to support smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.

• Inspect equipment regularly and report any issues.

• Respond quickly to breakdowns or emergencies.

• Ensure safety and compliance with hotel standards.

• Assist in preventive maintenance schedules.

• Work with other departments to support daily hotel operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred.

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies.

Work Environment:

• Work across hotel areas like guest rooms, kitchens, and back-of-house.

• Exposure to tools, machinery, and maintenance equipment.

• May work in shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
