Position Details

• Role: Apprentice Trainee (Under the Payroll of Quess corp Ltd.)

• Tenure: 3 Year (Under the Apprenticeship Act)

• Trades: Open to All 12th Pass Regular (Arts, Science and Commerce Stream)

• Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.

• Age Limit : 18 to 25 years

Working Conditions

• Shift Duration: 8 Hours per day.

• Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts as per plant requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Must have passed 10th &  12th  from regular CBSE, ICSE or State Board.

• Documentation: Candidates should have their Pan Card, Domicile, Aadhaar Card, 10th & 12th  Marksheet/Certificate, and Bank Account details ready.

Roles &  Responsibilities

• Shop Floor Operations: Operating sophisticated automated machinery and tools under the supervision of senior technicians.

• Assembly & Fitting: Performing specific tasks in the TCF, BIW, Paint & Powertrain (Engine, Gearbox, BIW, Trim, Chassis, and Final) shop, such as fitting electrical harnesses, engines, or interior components.

• Quality Inspection: Conducting "PDI" (Pre-Delivery Inspection) or working in the Central Quality (CQ) department to identify defects in parts before they move to the next stage.

• Machine Maintenance: Assisting in preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment to ensure zero downtime on the production line.
