A TCO is responsible for client sourcing, client handling, loan disbursements and loan EMI collections in the Microfinance - JLG Business
1. Conducting Village Survey for finalising suitable villages for business sourcing
2. Conducting projection & awareness meetings in approved villages for sourcing clients/members
3. Conduct CGT (Compulsory Group Training) to educate and train clients on the Company's policies and processes for availing JLG loans, the JLG loan products T&C and JLG rules and responsibilities
4. Complete client/member on boarding activities on LOS correctly ex: CB check, checking repayment track record of the members etc
5. Verify client/member household condition and income sources to establish that the member and/or her family shall be able to repay the loan
6. Check and confirm that the loan shall be utilised for productive purposes only
7. Ensure no bad elements or members are enrolled in the Centre
8. Processing loan disbursements as per policy and process
9. Ensuring collection of loan EMIs as per the Company's established policies and processes by conducting centre meetings, depositing the collected amount at the branch etc
