Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service electric two-wheelers as per company SOPs.
• Perform preventive maintenance, quality inspections, and Ready-for-Delivery (RFD) checks.
• Handle warranty, chargeable, and complimentary repairs with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, workshop teams, and customers for timely service completion.
• Attend Roadside Assistance (RSA) requests and support vehicle recovery when required.
• Ensure safe handling of lithium-ion batteries, tools, and workshop equipment.
• Maintain spare parts, service records, and daily service reports.
• Apply mechanical, electrical, and electronic knowledge to troubleshoot EV-related issues.

Required Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related field.
• EV/Automobile service certification is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for RSA and field service activities.
• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile-based service applications.
• Strong safety awareness, discipline, and willingness to learn.
