Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers’ homes, workplaces, or business locations.
• Verify customer documents, address, income, and other relevant details for loan applications.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Generate leads and support new customer acquisition.
• Conduct field verification as part of the loan approval process.
• Collect EMI/loan repayments in accordance with company policies.
• Follow up on overdue payments and support collection and recovery activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, applications, collections, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with branch and credit teams for smooth processing of loan cases.
