As a NAPS Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, and assisting with maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery as per standard operating procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic machine upkeep.
• Identify and report operational issues and assist in troubleshooting activities.
• Follow all safety guidelines, plant procedures, and quality standards.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth plant operations.
