Job Summary :

  1. Need to welcome the guests at the venue.
  2. Provide accurate wait time and monitor waiting list from the reservation chart.
  3. Escort customers to the assigned dining areas.
  4. Provide menus and announce waiter or waitresses names to the guest.
  5. Greet customers upon their departures, coordinate with the waiting staff about the available seats.
  6. Attend to the phone calls at the reservation.
  7. Get to the guest for any of their special requirements.( anniversaries, birthdays, allergens and diet requirements)
