·      PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR/OFFICER

• Ensure the availability of resources (man, machine & material) for uninterrupted production. To maintain inventory of Raw material / packing materials & finished products of speciality. To check the day to day basis SAP entries for process order & stock.
• Ensure production processes of speciality as per SOP’s to meet product specification. Daily dispatch planning in consultation with HOD. To prepare weekly/ daily production plan.
• Monitor & review all reports, status to identify & make intervention to improve quality, productivity & compliances of the plant. Handling & storage of products. To monitor slow moving/ non-moving material & Packing material.
• Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health. Provide guidance & support to team to create awareness among on quality, safety & housekeeping. 
• To train departmental staff for process activity.
• Monitor and control stocks variance in both Raw material and Finished Goods to establish proper action plan to reduce losses in order to increase Yield.

·         Identification of risk in dept. and effective implementation of action to mitigate the risk.
