JOB TITLE: Guest Relation Associate (GRA)

JOB PURPOSE: To provide excellent service to patrons so that their experience will be
worth remembering.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To personally greet the customers and other affluent people at each touch point
with correct salutation
2. Service on seat,
3. Customer query handling
4. Box office handling, ticketing and reporting
