Location: Chennai

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Understanding the hiring requirements of Country Manager, National Sales Managers, Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Marketing Manager.
2. Attract candidates through various channels like job portals, social media and professional networks.
3. Reviewing Resumes and screening candidates.
4. Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and National Sales Managers.
5. Negotiating Job offers with the candidates.
6. Ensuring candidates stick to the joining dates and come onboard as committed.

Qualification and Experience Required:

1. Any Graduation.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in non IT Recruitment.
3. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
4. Proficiency with all MS office programs
5. Able to work independently.

(Person with experience in hiring Direct selling sales people preferred)
