Job Type: - Full time - Field travel

Job Location:- Trichy District - In and around – Karattampatti, Trichy

• The purpose of the job is to lead the Clusters for the assigned zone, by developing a strategic business framework.
• Manage the team in field growth and expansion
• Drive team for critical revenue parameters
• Supervising complete business operations including managing the field team, forecasting & their execution.
• Channel Management & smooth Launch of new villages and terminals
• Ensure delivery of terminal wise disbursal volumes, on TAT in new Launches

Must-Have

a)Must handle field operations and led team’s in clusters.

b)Good communication skills in the Tamil Language and basic maths/calculation understanding.

c)Quick learner and agile.

Qualification & Experience  : Any Graduate with Min 3 years’ experience in FMCG Domain
