Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:
  • Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management review.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth.
  1. Human Resource Management:
  • Lead the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in both account management and human resource management roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as accounting software and HRIS.
