CDL is currently looking for a Knitting Technician-Programmer to analyze customer swatches and conceptualize these swatches into knitting structures.
The Knitting Technician-Programmer shall be reporting to the Knitting in Charge.
What you will be doing:
- Analysis of swatches from customers and conceptualizing these swatches into knitting structures
- Programming and setting of knitting machines
- Improve existing collars offerings in terms of quality and structure
- Provide training to the team on techniques of machines and programming
- Perform all other cognate duties as instructed by the Knitting in Charge
What are we looking for?
- Well versed with the following machines: Shima Seiki, Matsuya, Kauo Heng and other similar machines
- Diploma in Knitting or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience with programming software
- Experience in developing structures on flat knit machines for collar designs
- Ability to work independently and in team
- Good communication skills and motivated
