Requirement:

A.    What we are looking for :

1.     A person who has experience in replacing spares like motherboard, LCD on Laptops that belong to either of Lenovo/Dell/HP

2.     A Person willing to travel to different customer locations to carry out the service

3.     A Person willing to learn new technologies and prepared to become a Subject Matter Expert.

B.    Certifications: Certifications on either of the following is preferred and has an added weightage

1.     Hardware and Networking Certification

2.     Certification on PC diagnosis and Spare Replacements

C.    Experience: 1 to 2 years

Products that you would be working on:

1.      Lenovo Laptops & Desktops

2.     Dell Laptops & Desktops

3.     HP Laptops & Desktops

4.     Microsoft Surface Products

Responsibilities: Your day-to-day activities and responsibilities are defined as below

What you would do:

1.     Deploy Tools and run them to analyze the  problems in the PC’s

2.     Make recommendations on what Spares to be replaced/procured

3.     Replace Spares inside the Laptops/Desktops

4.     Install Windows Operating Systems

Participate in Discussions with the customer jointly with the Business team and provide necessary clarifications
