JOB TITLE: Entertainment Service provider(ESP)

REPORTS TO: Duty Officer

JOB PURPOSE: To provide excellent service to patrons so that their experience will be worth remembering.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To personally greet the customers and other affluent people at each touch point with correct salutation
2. Service on seat,
3. Customer query handling
4. Box office handling , ticketing and reporting

SPECIFICATIONS:

• Qualification Educational: 10+2 ( Completed ) 
• Experience: 0-1years in a similar role in Service/Hospitality/Retail industry.
• Working conditions: In Cinemas
• Age - NOT MORE THAN 25 YEARS .NOT LESS THAN 18 years 
• All Candidates will be hired on  third party rolls and on contract basis

We will pay them as per the minimum wages of Punjab  CTC- 13372, Gross- 11196, Net in hand - 11041
