Responsibilities:
1.Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and restrooms.
2.Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.
3.Assist in photocopying, printing, and scanning documents as required.
4.Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for meetings.
Requirements
1.High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
3.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4.Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying office supplies.
5.Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards work.
6.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
7.Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
