Report to Team Leader each morning prior to commencing first job

Report any additional work or operation to the Team Leader for customer approval and
repair order update with maruti Standard Time (MST) or other allocated time

Report all brakes to the Team Leader or who ever is in charge of the time recording
function

Fill oils or other material used on the Repair Order / Job Card for costing / invoicing

Inform the shop Team Leader, immediately when job is finished for clock stamping of
repair order’s productive time recording

Check and if necessarily remove any grease or other dirt from the sensitive areas before
return the truck to the customer

Clean, label and submit warranty parts for storage

Report any faulty or defective tools and equipment to the Team Leader

Keep immediate working are clean and tidy
