Job Description:
Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management and department heads to develop recruitment strategies that address current and future staffing needs. This involves understanding the organization's objectives, growth plans, and talent requirements.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and recruiting events to attract qualified candidates. Continuously explore innovative and effective ways to expand the candidate pool.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through phone interviews and/or initial assessments. Determine which candidates should proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide guidance and support to both parties throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their application and provide feedback when necessary. Cultivate positive relationships with candidates to enhance the organization's employer brand.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements for each role and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly. Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding Support: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment when necessary. Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires during the onboarding process.
Data Management and Reporting: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and hiring metrics. Generate reports to analyze recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment law compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
