Note: Work from the office from the very first day (Jaipur – Rajasthan).
Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/chat/emails professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
· Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product support, ensuring prompt resolution.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
· Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer needs.
· Adhere to established scripts, guidelines, and quality standards while communicating with customers.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
· Meet individual and team targets to achieve overall business objectives.
· Ensure compliance with data protection and security regulations.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
· Proven experience in a BPO or customer service role is an advantage.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong commitment to delivering quality service.
