We are hiring "Apprentice" for solar manufacturing.

Qualification- Fresher – B.tech/B.E

Apprentice Program

• 12 months of Paid Apprenticeship with On the job training

• Government recognized certificate on successful completion of 12-month program

• High Performers of Apprenticeship program are likely to be offered Jobs.

Scope of Training

• Soldering / Maintenance / Machine Operations / Misc. of Solar Products.

Salary: For B.tech Fresher’s

• Rs. 15,612In-Hand from Company per month + Rs. 1500* per month from Government.

• Total salary - Rs. 17,112 per month

• If additional work done on Sundays, then extra payment is given for Sunday overtime.

• *Salary from Government takes 20- 30 days to be credited. Comes directly in the Bank account of the Apprentice.

Working Hours - 12 hr. Shift / Monday to Saturday

• Rotational Shift Day/Night

Eligibility

• Students completed B.tech/B.E

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Valid Aadhar (National Identity) card
