Marketing Executive - Center Sales

This role encompasses a dynamic blend of field activities, including visits to various locations such as shopping malls and educational institutions, which are instrumental in driving our lead-generation initiatives.
This dynamic approach is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our sales and marketing processes. It empowers you to directly engage with potential customers, significantly contributing to the successful generation of leads.
The program consists of two distinct phases:
PHASE 1: Probationary Marketing Executive (90 Days)
- During the initial weeks of this program, referred to as the training phase, you will undergo comprehensive training at our central location. In this phase, you will not only receive theoretical instruction on BYJU's sales processes but will also assume the responsibility of lead generation.
- Your activities will include shadowing senior associates and visiting malls, schools, and other locations for lead generation.
- Beginning in Week 2 of your tenure as a Field Marketing Executive, you will be expected to independently generate leads. This practice will continue throughout the initial three months of the probationary period.
- Upon successfully completing the three-month probationary period, your performance will be thoroughly assessed, taking into account key performance metrics, process adherence, behavioural aspects, quality audits, and feedback from your manager, trainer, and the HR team. These evaluations will determine your eligibility to transition into the permanent role of Field Marketing Executive - Center Sales at BYJU'S.
- During this phase, the compensation (CTC) will range between 2.8 LPA to 3 LPA based on your job location.
PHASE 2: Marketing Executive - Permanent Role
- In this phase, you will continue your role in lead generation, building upon the experience and skills you developed during the probationary phase.
- The compensation (CTC) during this phase will also be in the range of 2.8 LPA to 3 LPA, depending on your job location.

- Candidates must possess a functional laptop for this role.
- Having a personal vehicle is advantageous.
- The work schedule is six days a week, with Mondays designated as the day off.
- No additional leave requests will be approved during the training & probation phase.
Working at Byju's offers numerous advantages, but it's crucial to understand that success requires unwavering commitment and dedication. Field Marketing Executives are expected to maintain a rigorous six-day work week during the three-week training phase and throughout their tenure. The workday starts at 9:30 AM and ends at 9:00 PM. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers through connections with nearby schools, engaging with mall visitors on weekends, outreach at parks, interactions with prominent grocery and home utility stores like Metro and Ikea, and establishing a presence in Corporate Tech Parks, among other tasks.
