• Welder should be able to weld any metal and steel weld and all types of weld required metal to weld . There are many types of weld that can be required like GTAW & TIG.
• TIG Welding: Fabrication of stainless sheet metal, galvanized steel sheet metal boxes, structure and piping job; should have experience of welding on thin sheets with 0.8mm thickness
• Fabrication of MS Tubes, SS sheets metal boxes, GI sheet metal boxes, Fabricate structure and piping jobs as per requirement.
• Set-up and layout jobs using blueprints, diagrams and fixtures following welding procedures to TIG weld in all positions for manual welding
• Set up machines according to work instructions to trim, size, form, inspect, and GTAW (TIG Weld) material to meet fabrication drawing requirements.
• Solvent cleaning, trimming, sizing and polishing to prepare weld joints for welding
• Weld inspection for Weld size, face and root reinforcement, cracks, inclusions and porosity.
• Compiles with internal quality systems and regulatory requirements.
