Tele sales executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 Initiating engagement through chat and phone calls with target and existing customers

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Providing accurate information about products or promotions

- Identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns

- Building rapport with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty

- Documenting customer interactions and escalating issues as needed

- Collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues.

- contacting inactive customers to invite them to carry on with our services.

Education Requirements

• Training and experience equivalent to a high school diploma or Vocational Technology or NC II and five years of responsible administrative support experience.

OR

• College or any school training may be substituted for up to two years of the experience requirement.

Work Experience Requirements

•   Experience in taking inbound and outbound calls

•   Good technical skills—able to comfortably navigate through smartphone and desktop applications

•   Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

•  A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail

•  Process secure and efficient transactions such as bank verifications, entertainment portals, credit top-up in compliance with the SOPs.

•  Reach out customers to inform them about the latest promotions they can avail of.

•  Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

There will be an on job training for the candidates which candidates need to complete first to start .
