1. He should capable to handle Shelling Dept independently, having the good knowledge of Shelling in Investment Casting Foundry is a must.
2. For new item, he should be capable to find/freeze shelling system and process control parameters,
3. Capable to do Rejection Analysis of rejected casting and find out root cause of that rejection,
4. To solve problem by doing detailed analysis,
5. To participate & implement continuous improvement projects,
- Capable to do IATF 16949 related documentations, this is optional
7. Capable to do completion of any tasks on given allotted time period,
8. Cooperate NPD to accomplish the projects in given time line,
9. To prepare work like Gate pass, material send outside the company, fill up Purchase Requisition to purchase NPD items or to approve Work Order,
10. Openness to give new ideas to solve technical problem observed during New Product Development,
