Job Description:-

· Should be team player

· Should understand & read English , follow all the instruction of the line manager

· Taking care of Inventory , making sure the required stocks are available near Assembly line

· Ready to work in different department like Production, Quality, Assembly line, Stores.

· Ready to work on Assembly line for manufacturing of Mobile Phone or some part of Mobile phones .

· Should be physically fit, good in adopting and learning new things.

Payroll and salary Breakup

Here you will be on the rolls of Innov Source Pvt Ltd. (Third party payroll or Contractual Job profile)

Salary Breakup:-

Diploma (Female), Any Graduate (Female), 12th Pass (Female) & ITI Pass (Female)

CTC - 17715, NTH - 14400

Additional Rs. 1000 as attendance Bonus for regular employee  .

Shift Time:-

A – Shift :- 6 AM to 2 PM

B- Shift :- 2 PM to 10 PM

C – Shift :- 10 PM to 6 AM

Benefits:-

- We provide PF , ESIC

- Canteen facilities would provide 2 time food as per shift .i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, Breakfast they would be charged Rs. 375/- Per month.

- Transport facilities i.e. Pickup and Drop would be charged Rs. 250/- Per month.

- Hostel Facilities would be provide but Candidate has to pay from their salary

- Fixed Salary would be paid on 2nd of every month .

Interview Process or Screening Process

- First round would be through online face to face interview with HR

- Once they would reach site then we would conduct Face to face with operation team for department selection.

Document required

- Pan Card , Aadhar Card , Pass out certificate , Cancel cheque or PassBook

- All education certificate

- Police verification which would be done at working site for which there would be some charges which they need to pay to police department
