1) Site inspection, including measurements. Will require traveling to sites on regular basis. (vehicle /tickets for the same, with fuel, will be provided by the company, inspection and maintenance of the vehicle will also be the candidate's responsibility, cost of this maintenance will be borne by the company).

Rare instances may occur where outstation travel is required (travel costs, stay and food will also be borne by the company).

2) Follow up with clients regarding surface preparation and requirements for surface preparation.

3) Coordination with labour staff and supervising their execution.

4) Transportation of materials to site from office and back.

5) Coordinating with client / client representative for surface preparation, documentation, paperwork for staff entry, site handover, etc.

6) Maintaining record of incoming and outgoing materials, tools, etc. in office to site and back.

7) Post-handover, Quality check of project execution, hygiene, touch ups, etc. Includes taking pictures for internal record.

(Training will be provided for all above points).

Requirements:

1. Good Communication Skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.

2. Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.

3. Strong grasp of basic mathematics - fractions, percentages, ratios, calculation of areas, etc.

4. Own smartphone, in good condition with a clear and good quality camera and Whatsapp.

5. Driving Licence and knowledge for 4-wheeler & 2-wheeler.

6. Bank Account for receiving salary.

7. Own helmet.
