Main work is Room cleaning and dusting. Records customers inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customer's accounts. improves quality service by recommending improved processes, identifying new produtcs and service applications. update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Mandatory : Hotel Management Degree / Diploma / 12th pass with 2 years experience in 5 star hotel as a guest service associate
or 12th pass with 3 years experience in 5 star hotel as a guest service associate
Must know the english and hindi spoken and written.
