Job Description: -Electrical Technician

Location: -Ludhiana

Positions Available: -Electrical Technician (13 positions)

Experience: 4-6 years

Education:- ITI Electrical

Salary:

• CTC: 23,500/month

• Gross: 19,500/month

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed shift reports outlining activities and observations related to the maintenance of HT & LT electrical installations, including panels, VFDs, IMCC, and UPS.

2. Implement and maintain 5S principles in Motor Control Centers (MCC), Power Control Centers (PCC), switch yards, and field areas for an organized and efficient work environment.

3. Address and resolve all breakdown activities related to HT & LT electrical installations promptly and effectively.

4. Perform light repairing and replacement work for electrical components such as bulbs, switches, and sockets.

5. Monitor and control power changeovers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of electrical supply.

6. Execute corrective, preventive, and condition-based maintenance on HT & LT panels, VFDs, IMCC, APFC panels, Capacitor banks, Motors, switchgears, and circuit breakers.

7. Collaborate with vendors for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) work, providing necessary assistance for the upkeep of electrical systems.

8. Maintain and ensure the effectiveness of the earthing system through regular earth pit maintenance.

9. Monitor and assess the health of transformers, UPS systems, and battery banks daily, taking appropriate actions as needed.

10. Perform small motor bearing replacement work to ensure the smooth operation of motors within the electrical installations.
