Candidate will be hired on Per Packet Model Where a Candidate will be Paid on Every Shipment Delivered
Payout Will be every 15 Days
Calculation Below as per 14 Rs.
If a Candidate is Delivering Avg of 50 Shipment Daily, He/She will be paid as per the Rate Card i.e 50*14 = Rs 700 Daily , 700*26 (Working Days) = Rs 18,200
Note : Per Packet Rate Card : Rs 12.75 - Rs 15.25 (Depending on the Tier wise Cities of Uttar Pradesh)
Mandatory: Bike, Smart Phone, Adhaar Card And Pan Card
