Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI). · Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards, to track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization.
· Monitor and report on key performance metrics regularly, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align performance marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to ensure the company remains competitive.
· Test and iterate on new advertising strategies, creative formats, and targeting techniques to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
· Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support performance marketing initiatives as needed.
· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines related to digital advertising and data privacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of driving measurable results and ROI.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets effectively.
