Job Description

Maintaining the quality database in the desired formats using advanced Excel.
Maintaining & updating training reports with all quality parameters.
Initiate taken to improve the quality training & reporting of the team.
Managing centre operations, and provides leadership in strategic and operational planning.
Plan and mentor the Trainers in initiating batches at centres.
Plan/update the Manpower Requirements and ensure optimum utilization of the existing resources by working closely with the HO Staff .
