Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize website content, including landing pages and blog posts, for search engines.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content that ranks well in search engines.
• Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and search engine algorithms.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to increase website traffic and drive conversions.
• Perform competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in organic search rankings.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Stay updated on SEO best practices and guidelines and communicate those to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings and increasing organic traffic.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
• Experience managing PPC campaigns is a plus.
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms is preferred.
