Job Summary :

  1. Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct proactive searches and maintain a robust candidate database.
  1. Candidate Screening:
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who match the job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and interest in the position.
  • Evaluate candidates' communication skills, job fit, and overall suitability for the client's requirements.
  1. Telecalling:
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and conduct pre-screening interviews.
  • Maintain a polite and professional communication style during telephonic conversations.
  • Provide candidates with relevant information about the job and company, answering their queries effectively.
  1. Building Talent Pipeline:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Keep candidates engaged and informed about suitable job opportunities as they arise.
  1. Client Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and job specifications.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, and gathering feedback.
  1. Applicant Tracking:
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  1. Recruitment Metrics:
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate sourcing, telecalling, and conversion of candidates into hires.
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and job market conditions to make informed sourcing and telecalling decisions.
  1. Compliance:
  • Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines regarding recruitment and telecalling practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Telecaller in a staffing agency or similar role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to handle high-volume telecalling and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using online sourcing platforms and social media for candidate outreach.
  • Understanding of different industries and job roles is an advantage.
