General Crop Farming (Harvesting Operations / Cultivation Management / Collection / Shipping / Sorting of Agriculture Products)
Workplace
All Over Japan (April to September: Hokkaido, Gunma, Nagano / October to March: Kyushu, Nothern Kanto)
* The candidate will be required to move to different areas depending on the weather enabling them for whole year work.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Is having working experience in General Crop Farming and working in outside work (e.g. Agriculture / Construction).
· Is Physically fit and can lift heavy objects.
Qualification
· Minimum Class 12th pass having minimum 6 months of experience in Crop Farming
· A Graduate from an Agriculture university / college and willing to work in Crop Farming
Age - 20 ~ 27 Years
Experience
· Working experience in General Crop Farming
· Is having experience in outside work (e.g. Agriculture / Construction)
· Physically Fit and can lift heavy objects
English Requirement - Above Average
Expectations from Selected Candidates - Should be willing to learn full time Japanese Language for 9 months, to pass following necessary exams:
· Agriculture Skill Assessment Test
· Japanese Test (JFT – Basic or JLPT N4)
[Enrolment & Training Process]
· The Counselling will be done for each candidate to explain the program and other details. NSDCI HQ Team on VC / F2F, will conduct the pre-screening.
· Full time Japanese language training for 9 months by NSDCI in identified location.
· Periodic tests and interaction with Japanese natives will be conducted during the training program for better exposure.
· Pass Japanese Language Exams and SSW Skill Exams as per the schedule.
· No Recruitment Fees to be paid by the candidate. Only Japanese Language training fees will be charged.
· The Agriculture industry test and Japanese Language test is conducted in New Delhi / Bengaluru and the candidates will have to travel to these cities for appearing in the exam.
