We are hiring for the role of Customer Engagement Executives.This role will be instrumental in enhancing our customer experience by undertaking the following responsibilities which will include but are not limited to:-

·  Warmly welcoming all the customers visiting the store.

·  Greeting customers and registering their details in the iPad QMS app.

·  Efficiently directing customers to the nearest Sales Associate or Optometrist.

·  Addressing basic customer inquiries.

Ideal Candidate for Greeter Position

- Min 1 year of experience in Retail/Restaurants
- 12th experience/ and Graduate Freshers (Final year pursuing also consider)
- Must look neat and presentable

1. CEE - ADFD (All Days Full Day) - They will work on 6 days a week for 9 hours per day. Timings will be from 12.30pm to 9.30pm. Their gross CTC is Rs.16,500 per month (Now revised for Hyderabad and Chennai only 17500 CTC). (in the states of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Delhi it will be slightly higher as per minimum wages requirement)
