You can get an opportunity to work as the Redistributor Stocklist Sales Person(RSSP) while being based on Hindustan Unilever’s distributor payroll, to sell our well-known brands and drive our sales through India, across various locations.

Job Title – Redistributor Stockist Salesperson
Requirement - Requires an aggressive go-getter who is familiar with local markets. The candidate should have a strong ability to achieve assigned sales and distribution targets. She should be sound with basic mathematics and quantitative aptitude.
Here is how your day at work as a Redistributor Stockist Sales Person would look like:
JOB SUMMARY (JOB DESCRIPTION)
Meets Sales targets, each Monthly operating cycle(at HUL, the monthly cycle is from 21st of a month to the 20th of the next month)
Be disciplined about visiting all assigned retailers at prescribed frequency in the respective geography
Achieve daily/ weekly and monthly revenue, distribution and productivity targets
Present Schemes and benefits of trade comprehensively
Build a good relationship with the trade
Accountable for submitting the order bills and amount collected from market to the respective distributor point daily.
Educational Qualifications
Any Graduate can Apply
Preferrably Graduation + relevant certification from NSDC/NSDC affiliated talent partners on the topic “Distributor Salesman”
OR
12th Pass + with relevant Field Sales Experience
Product Knowledge
Extensive product and category knowledge
Thorough understanding of competing products and price lists.
Technology/ Know-how
Should be able to work comfortably with technology, Mobile Apps/ touch screen tablets and software.
Efficient in usage of all technology system that might be needed to make him more efficient.
Other Important Requirements
Age requirement: 18+
Should own a smartphone
Should have access to a two-wheeler which she can use for market working. Driving License mandatory (Female)
