 Role Description
 
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Associate located in Bengaluru. The Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer interactions, assisting with ticketing and concessions, and ensuring a seamless movie-watching experience. The Service Associate will work closely with the team to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the premises and provide overall support to the operations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
Basic understanding of finance and cash handling
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Good multitasking skills
