Job Summary :

Loan Officer

Loan Disbursement-

· Village survey, sourcing New Clients and Group Formation

· Assess customer’s needs, explore all options and introduce different types of Loans.

· Interview Applicants to Determine Financial eligibility and Feasibility of granting Loans.

· Counsel Clients on Policies and Restrictions,

· Giving Compulsory Group Training to Clients.

· Sourcing KYCs documents from Loan Applicants.

· Respond to Loan Applicants questions and resolve any loan related issues.

Collections

· Tele calling and Contacting customers and informing them of their Overdue Payments

· Create plans and strategies for collection of debts on regular demands.
