Description:1. Greeting and welcoming desks as they
approach the front desk
2. Answering questions and addressing
complaints
3. Attending all incoming calls, responding to them, and
transferring the call to the appropriate department.
4. Provide information about the services and products of the
club.
5. Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights, and
orderly appearance and behaviour.
6. Promotes and maintains good public relations.
7. Assists in sending guest messages or calling the clients
for special offers, discounts, renewals, and AMC
8. Answer all incoming calls and
redirect them or keep messages
9. Proficiency in English
10. Problem-solving skills
11. Knowledge of Rooms check in and check out.
