Job Title: Drone Pilot / UAV Operator
Qualification: DGCA-approved drone pilot
Remuneration: As per Market standards (Rs.18,000 – Rs. 25,000)
Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and licensed drone pilots for precision agricultural spraying.

Key responsibilities include:
● Planning and executing safe drone flight missions and operating advanced agricultural drones with precision spraying systems.
● Conducting pre-flight checks, calibrating equipment, preparing chemical/nutrient formulations, and maintaining detailed records of operations happening in the flights made for agricultural related spraying.
● Monitoring weather, following aviation regulations, and maintaining and troubleshooting drone equipment during the spray flights.
●Working with farmers, and field teams to tailor spray applications to crop needs and accordingly the spray on the land allocated.The ideal candidate should have a valid drone pilot license, experience in agriculture or precision farming, good decision-making skills, and proficiency in flight planning software and data analysis tools. Knowledge of crop protection, nutrient management, and sustainable farming practices is a plus.

Qualifications:
● Certifications: DGCA-certified Remote Pilot Certificate
● Fitness Certificate from an authorized Doctor
● Experience: Proven experience as a drone pilot; experience in a specific industry (e.g., agriculture) may be required.

Working Conditions:
● Environment: Outdoor work with exposure to varying weather conditions; office work for data processing and reporting.
● Travel: May require travel to different locations for flight missions.

Location of work: The Location of work include the pilot to work on the land in these states and districts.

Physical Requirements: ● Ability to lift and carry drone equipment. ● Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
