• Enough general and technical skills and abilities to enable the management of the Automatic Control systems including the BMS.
• Completing Technical &  Fabric repairs (i.e. replace door closers, hinges, handles, ceiling tiles replacement,  painting, change light bulbs, minor leaks and drain blocks etc)
• Operating and controling HVAC devices to Maintained overall building temperature.
• Operating and controling Lighting control system.
• Daily inspections in the equipments/ facilities (eg. Fire fighting panels, Booster pumps, HVAC system, Electrical materials and Plumbing system) in the school
• Report every defect/findings and any abnormal conditions to supervisor (MEP Civil and HSE issue)
• Regular interaction with the Client in order to make sure that the work being done meets the standard of the client.
• Regular Followup with Specilist Service providers for their reactive and PPM taks.
• Knowledge in CAFM sytem to Attend Contain and fix the task as per the SLA.
• Knowledge of MEP system (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing, Chiller, Access control, Lighting control, BMS, etc)
• Maintain the material consumption form on a daily basis and inform the supervisor if new material is required
• MEP store handling involves updating material inventory as per the minimum quantity on the given stock list.
