Starting Salary will be 

Per day Rs 330/- Working Hour 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, If Overtime needed then 7.30pm will be closing time. for this extra hours double wage will be provided.

Overtime Rs 4290/-

Attendance Bonus Rs 500/- (Monthly 26 days if you present)

Total : Rs 13370/-  (ESI(0.75%),EPF(12%) FOOD 900/- (Based on your food intake days it will be variable)

Bonus Per Year 8.33% Rs 8580/-, (Before Diwali)

EL Benefit Rs 4950/-

Total Earnings per Annam: 13370*12 = 160440+ bonus (8580) + EL amt (4950) = Rs 173970/-

Based On skill High Salary will be
