SMO Candidates Placement – Job Description

Smartstaff provides & manages a blue-collar workforce across industries. We currently are in the Bangalore and Tirupur area & expanding. We enable unskilled and skilled workers to grow in their profession and upskill them.Smartstaff is currently hiring 1500+ tailors in Garment Factory to fulfil requirements in factories currently in Karnataka, Tamil Nādu & Delhi.

Salary Structure of Sewing Machine Operator (Fresher SMO trained) - Tirupur

Salary Range
(including attendance bonus)

Rs. 11000 – 14000
In-hand salary of 9000 - 12,500 per month (after compliance-related deductions and deductions for food and accommodation) + ESI & PF (including attendance bonus)

Working Hours 8 - 10 Hour shift

Eligibility Criteria

1. E-Aadhaar Card with 18+ Age
2. Should have SIM card
3. Aadhar linked with the contact number

Advance Salary  - Every Week to manage regular expenses which can be withdrawn using the worker app

Monthly Salary  - Salary will be released on a monthly basis
