Job Responsibilities:
Financial:
Direct Team handling – to ensure the recruitment of the team member, training and their business productivity as desired by bank.
Developer/Builder/Contractor – to ensure the business tie up and business penetration in APF projects
APF tie up – to source the residential project and ensure the APF part as well as biz penetration.
To develop the geography within the vicinity of branch
To ensure the fulfilment of HL/LAP/PL/BL leads from the various departments.
Identify new avenues of business and sourcing fresh business on an ongoing basis. Generating leads through various activities. (Like Canopy Activities, Open Market Sourcing, etc)
To ensure the achievement of revenue target by achieving the targeted amount of processing fees and cross sell of banking products as required.
Non - Financial Responsibilities:
Guide, take training session on Sales process, strategies, and incentive scheme. Ensuring that the end person should be clearly aware, understanding the scheme and working hard to achieve the same.
Clear and honest deal with intact integrity, should not be involved in any kind of direct /indirect interest in the transaction
Maintaining good and decent behavior while dealing with the customer, visiting his property, shop , godown as and when required - as per visiting authority
Conducting the customer reference checks with utmost sincerity and maturity - so the goodwill of the client should not be hampered, or no defamation should be there. Be sure not to disclose any financial or personal information of the existing / new clients with any (existing / prospective clients) or to anybody outside company.
Nurturing the talent within the team, promote and encourage team members to perform, achieve targets , earn incentive , achieve contests
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities
Taking responsibility of confidentiality of information gathered from clients, not to share any information with competition
Taking the responsibility of company information - not to be shared the with anybody out of office in any form -
