Job Description: Cafe Partner (Apprenticeship)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join us as Cafe Partners under our apprenticeship program. As a Cafe Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud kitchen facility, contributing to the preparation and delivery of delicious food offerings to our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of food items as per the recipes and standards set by the company.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Assist in packaging and labeling food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Handle basic kitchen equipment and utensils under supervision.
• Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff and managers.
• Learn and grow within the culinary field through hands-on experience and training provided during the apprenticeship.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations or willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in Hindi or English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions accurately.
• Passion for the culinary arts and a strong desire to develop skills in food preparation and kitchen management.

Salary Range:
INR 12,000 - 17,000 per month, based on experience and performance during the apprenticeship.
